About ccjga

The Cape Coral Junior Golf Association is a 501(3c) nonprofit youth sports organization that has been sponsoring the Junior Golf Program at Coral Oaks Golf Course for the past 30 years. The Association’s goal is to introduce and stimulate and interest in golf for children ages 7 to 18, by offering golf instruction, teaching golf etiquette and the rules of golf, while providing healthy competition and fellowship.

The program has introduced the game of golf to thousands of children in Cape Coral and surrounding communities in Southwest Florida and is open to boys and girls from ages 7 to 18 and offers 6 skill levels from first swingers to more advanced championship flight players. The association provides equipment for children to use weekly if they do not have their own and unique on-course education for all levels of play.

The cost is $30 per child for the entire six week program. This is possible because of the City of Cape Coral’s willingness to provide community programming and maintain high quality of life standards in our community. The benefit of keeping the cost low allows every family in the area the opportunity to participate.

The program runs every Monday from 7:30am to 11:30am for six consecutive Mondays beginning the first Monday after school is out annually.

It takes up to 60 volunteers each Monday to run the program and we encourage you to contact us and come help out.
